This project requires 23% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.035. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase II engineering services are required for the preparation of contract plans, specifications, cost estimates, supplemental surveying, geotechnical services, and all other work to complete the project. The project's scope includes Intersection Reconstruction, Channelization, Drainage and ADA improvements. The improvement includes, but not limited to, traffic signal modernization, bicycle & pesedtrian accommodations, roadway & drainage improvements, and all other related work to complete Phase II contract plans.
