The Geneva Park District ("Park District") is accept-ing sealed bids for 2025 Mill Creek Community Park Fencing Repairs Project. Work generally includes removing existing chain link Fencing, storing all usable fencing material onsite and replacing identified posts prior to a paving project. After paving is complete, fencing material stored Onsite will be reinstalled. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience. All bids will remain firm for 90 days after the bic opening. The Geneva Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, in whole or in part which in its judgment will be in the best interest of the public or to waive any informalities in a bid. Only bic proposals in compliance with the provisions of the Contract Documents will be considered. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by an appropriate document duly executed (in the manner that a bid must be executed) and delivered to the place where bids are to be submitted only prior to the opening of bids. The Geneva Park District encourages small and minority businesses and women's business firms to submit bids on the approved project and successful contract bidders to utilize small and minority busi nesses and women's businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
