Project consists of street improvements and off-site utility work to support the Ontario Sports Empire projects via existing streets Chino Ave and Vineyard Ave. Specific scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Signing And Striping, Erosion Control, Street, Storm Drain, Recycled Water, Water, Traffic Signals, Street Lighting, Fiber Optic, and Landscape Improvements. The bidder must attach a pdf file to the electronic bid submission containing each of the completed and signed Bid Documents including a Bid Bond. Bidder must comply with SB854 - Public Works Contractor Registration Program. Bidder may begin bid process at any time prior to the bid deadline. Information entered is viewable only to bidder and may be saved, changed, or withdrawn up until the deadline. Upon selection and notification of award, contractor will be required to submit a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each for 100% of the total bid amount. Please note: Insurance limits are non-negotiable, and awardee will need to provide certification as specified in Bid Documents.
