Site work for a water / sewer project in Baylis, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
John Wood Community College does hereby invite for request for replacement of water source heat pumps and loop pumps at Baylis, II. Agriculture Center. Complete removal and replacement of TEN above acoustical ceiling mounted WSHPs and TWO Loop Pumps. Work to include: o Supply of all equipment and materials needed. o New Heat Pumps must match existing capacities, as detailed on the Heat Pump Schedule, sheet ME101. o Include a new Valve kit with AUTO-flow balance valves and shut off valves per each unit. o Include new flanges with new Loop Pumps. o Disposal of existing equipment. o Removal and reinstallation of acoustical ceiling. o All modifications as necessary to reconnect to existing duct work, piping and control wiring. o Re-use of existing glycol mixture. o Licensed electrical contractor used for disconnections and reconnections of all equipment. o Start-up of all WSHP and Loop Pumps. o Prevailing Wage applies to all work. o Minimum 1 year labor warranty on workmanship, plus standard equipment warranties.
