Engineer shall perform all necessary engineering services provided under this Contract with and respecting the following Project Area: That area known asthe CANON APARTMENTS SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT located in the Borough of Canonsburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania, designated as Project No. 06-Sidewal RACW is seeking proposals forthe Canon Apartments SidewalkReplacement Project, located at One West College Street, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This project includesthe removal and replacement of approximately 400 l.f. of existing concrete sidewalk surrounding Canon Apartments. The work consists of site preparation, removal of existing sidewalk, installation of new concrete sidewalks, proper grading and drainage, and restoration ofany areas disturbed during construction. All work must comply with current ADA standards and applicable municipal codes. Description of Work. The services enumerated in detail in Paragraph 3 ofthis Contract include technical advice and assistance in connection with certain project improvement work in the Project Area. All materials concerning the Project have been supplied to Engineer and any additional information which the Authority has on file shall be made available to Engineer upon request. Preliminary engineering design and drawings for the Project shall be completed in one phase and shall include, but not be limited to, preparation ofdetailed engineering plans, specifications, design work, and contract documents to present to bidders.
