Renovation and Addition to Fire Station 31 in Neenah, Wi Major Components of the Work Include: Complete Interior Demolitions and Reconfiguration/construction to the Primary Fire Station Structure. Removal of Exterior Masonry Veneer and Installation of Metal Panel System. Complete Removal and Replacement of the Existing Roofing. Building Addition on the East Side of the Facility to Accommodate Expansion of the Physical Fitness and Maintenance Areas of the Building. There is an Alternate Bid to Include a Cold Storage Building and Fire Training Tower to Be Added to the Existing Site. The Renovation Work is to Be Phased in Order to Accommodate the Existing Operations of the Fire Station. All Costs to Prepare for and Execute the Phased Work Are Incidental to the Lump Sum Bid Amount.
