Renovation of an educational facility in Attica, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Lapeer County ISD Board of Education is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to replace 2 roof top units (RTUs) at its Education & Technology Center. The minimum requirements that must be met are as follows: A. Demo and remove existing RTUs B. Provide crane and rigging to remove existing RTUs and set new RTUs C. Furnish and install 2 new 15-ton RTUs D. Install new curb adapters E. Re-pipe gas piping F. Re-connect power using existing power sources G. Confirm RTUs are fully operational. The successful bidder(s) must complete work no later than August 29, 2025. Bids must be guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the bid opening. The Lapeer County ISD is a tax-exempt organization and is not subject to State or Federal taxes. The Lapeer County ISD Board of Education reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, or portions thereof; to waive omissions, irregularities, or clerical errors not affecting compliance with the bid specifications; and to add or delete items and adjust quantities, if applicable.
