Site work and paving for a civil project in Valley Center, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes approximately 10,000 SY of Pavement, 2,700 LF of Water Main, 500 LF of Sanitary Sewer Main, 800 LF of Storm Sewer, and appurtenant improvements, and erosion control located west of Seneca Street & South of 5th Street, in Valley Center, Kansas. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner. QA date - 8 August 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
