Site work and paving for a civil project in Valley Center, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 08/19/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes approximately 4,300 SY of Pavement, 1500 LF of water main, and Sanitary Service improvements, and erosion control located in the on Northridge Street, in Valley Center, Kansas. Paper Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by SEH dated August 6, 2025. At this time, the City of Valley Center will not be accepting a bid where the primary or subcontractor is Conspec d/b/a Kansas Paving. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Own
