The estimated annual combined usage is 15,000 to 45,000 gallons annually for the October to March winter season. For the furnishing and delivery of potassium acetate based runway deicing fluid From october 1 2025 to march 31 2026. The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. Bids must be accompanied by a SURETY BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK. The BOND or CHECK shall equal 5% of the maximum bid based on an estimated annual usage of 45,000 gallons. The Non-Collusion Affidavit must be signed and notarized as required by law. The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
