Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: The removal and reconstruction of the existing concrete alley and adjoining sidewalk, retention wall and restoration of disturbed areas. EBE GOALS - The City's goal for qualified Emerging Business Enterprise (E.B.E), as subcontractors on this project is ten percent (10%) of the contract amount. QA date - 15 August 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
