CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE Work on the sites is scheduled to be completed between the end of September 2025 and 31 January 2026. TENDER GUARANTEE The TENDERER must submit with its Tender a tender security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Tender. This bid security must be produced in the following form; A bond issued in favour of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 of the Regie, which must comply with the provisions of the bid bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Tender Form;
