The Contractor has complete responsibility for the work. He must direct and control the work efficiently and safely. He is solely responsible for the means, methods, procedures and coordination of all parts of the Work under the contract. The Contractor must start work on the date ordered by the CSSDGS, i.e. June 26, 2025, and complete it by August 15, 2025. The TENDERER must submit with its Bid a bid security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Bid. This bid security must be in the form of a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the bid security model reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form. PERFORMANCE BOND The TENDERER shall attach to its Tender a letter of undertaking signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the CONTRACTOR's obligations for pledges, materials and services in accordance with the requirements set forth in Part 4.00 of the Contract.
