Renovation of a military facility in Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
FAB-T ESS Modification Repair Project requires contractors to submit a signed and properly completed solicitation document, along with any additional information specified in FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items Addendum and other fill-in provisions. A signed NDA is mandatory to receive the Statement of Need (SON), and contractors must have a NIST rating registered in SPRS. The solicitation is not subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. A site visit is scheduled for 10th September 2025 at 02:00 PM CST. Prospective offerors without access to Offutt AFB must submit an NCIC Screening and Pass request to A1C Hunter Hendrix by 08th September 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Entry to the installation is not guaranteed. Offers are due by Monday, 22 September 2025 at 11:00 AM CST. Location: Offutt Air Force Base, 106 Peacekeeper Dr, Offutt AFB, NE 68113, United States. Questions for solicitation are due on or before 15 September 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
