Question Deadline 08/19/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, (Submitted in writing only) All questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing contact responsible for this ITB before the pre-bid question deadline indicated on the cover of this ITB. No communication is permitted between Respondents and City Departments, Divisions, or employees prior to award of contract unless sanctioned by the Purchasing Division. The City is not responsible for any oral instructions.
