Expansion and renovations of the Laval City Hall heritage building. The scope of work includes partial demolition and asbestos removal work, renovation of the building envelope, replacement of the foundation waterproofing, restoration of the concrete elements on the facade to be retained, renovation of the key heritage elements of the building, redevelopment and complete renovation of the entire building, upgrades of fire-protection equipment, addition of a geothermal heating system, construction of an addition on the edge of Chomedey boulevard to create common spaces and addition of city hall premises.
