(RATTLESNAKE WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT C WILMINGTON INTAKE FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS) - Location is Warren, OH CONTRACT C-2: CAISSON AND CONTROL BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS (Est - $6,500,000) Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond, cash, certified check, or letter of credit, in an amount f 10% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the County of Fayette. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the form of Ohio Revised Code Section 154.53(B). Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to prevailing wage standards, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
