The Project includes the following Work: The work generally includes the installation of a new outfall and associated storm sewers that tie into the existing storm sewer system on Stewart Alley. The project also includes additional alternates for the installation of three new outfalls and associated storm sewers that tie into the existing storm sewer systems of Wahl Avenue, Sarah Alley, and Dunbar Avenue. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Stormwater Conveyance Improvements Phase 2 Question Deadline 08/19/2025 at 4:00 PM ET LocLocation online portal. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via online with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. Estimated Contract Value: $530,00 - $545,000 The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date as provided by the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142).
