The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas, acting on behalf of the University of Arkansas, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas (UA) is seeking bid proposals from qualified and reputable Respondents to provide multiyear parking management services for Garvan Woodland Gardens' (Garvan) beginning with the Holiday Lights Display 2025 and Tulip Extravaganza 2026 events and other events, as needed and agreed upon between the supplier and UA, pursuant to the specifications, terms and conditions stated in this RFP. Parking management services may include but are not limited to reducing congestion in the parking lot and roads around the Garvan property by the parking team positioned at key intersections along the road route. The parking team will assist patrons in safely reaching the Entry Plaza with traffic control and by providing directions. Garvan Woodland Gardens is seeking a company to provide multi-year parking management services beginning with the Holiday Lights Display 2025 and the Tulip Extravaganza 2026 events and other events, as needed and agreed upon by the supplier and UA. Having a first responder on your team is a preferred qualification. Respondents are expected to present a comprehensive approach that not only fulfills but also enhances the scope outlined in this section. Proposals should clearly articulate innovative strategies, added value, and measurable outcomes in both the technical and financial components. Emphasis should be placed on exceeding baseline requirements through efficiency, quality, and long-term impact. Question (asked at the Solicitation Conference held on Wednesday, July 23 at 2:00 PM CST): Is there a designated overflow parking lot Answer: Please provide invoices and log submissions in an electronic format, emailing Michael Francois (mf062@uark.edu), and cc: Heather Boyett (hd024@uark.edu), and Aaron Wright (apwright@uark.edu). Contractor covenants and agrees that it shall, at its sole expense, procure and keep in effect all necessary permits and licenses required for its performance of obligations under this RFP, and shall post or display in a prominent place such permits and/or notices as required by law. Contractor is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, OSHA requirements as well as any Fair Labor Standards Act requirements pertaining to compensation of Contractors employees or subcontractor (if any) working on the project; further, upon request, Contractor shall provide copies of all such permits or licenses to UA.
