Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Project consists of window improvements, stucco repair, new siding, automatic sliding door installation, landside walkway canopy lighting improvements, landside entrance sidewalk reconstruction. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Thesuccessful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. All Bidders shall make good faith efforts, as defined by Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26, Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, to subcontract a minimum of 1.2% of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns ownedand controlled by socially andeconomically disadvantaged individuals DBE). Timetables Goals for minority participation for each trade: 16.4% Goals for female participation ineach trade: 6.9% Bids must remain in effect for90 days after the bid openingdate. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award thecontract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project.
