The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the "Authority") is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of Expert Professional National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Consulting Services as Requested on a "Call-In" Basis during 2025 through 2029.
