Renovation of a water / sewer project in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work under this contract consists generally of performing rehabilitation of fire protection systems including replacement of sprinkler heads and main and branch piping, supports and bracing; replacement of suspended ceilings and ceiling-mounted lighting fixtures, air inlets and outlets, and fire alarm devices; integration of fire alarm and fire protection devices into existing building fire alarm system; removal of replaced construction; and related work at Port Newark Marine Terminal Building 260 and the vicinity thereof in Newark, New Jersey.
