This project at the WSU Pullman greenhouse facilities will replace the Argus Classic control system with the Argus Titan system. The project has a base bid scope and two alternates. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid Estimate: $525,000.00 - $575,000.00 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Project Scope: This project at the WSU greenhouse facilities will replace the Argus Classic control system with the Argus Titan system. Demolition of the Classic system and installation of the Titan system will occur throughout multiple greenhouse research buildings all in close proximity to each other on the Pullman campus. Please see sheet E1.1 of the bid set of drawings for the breakdown of Phases and Argus controller locations. Base bid is Phase 1: Head end equipment (Access Point (AP)) and controllers C3, C4, C5, and C6 across the complex of buildings. Contract Time shall be 45 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.
