Cooling tower services are required for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, including inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of cooling towers to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform quarterly and annual services, including chemical cleaning, mechanical inspection, and reporting. Services include removal of biological growth, scale, and debris; inspection of mechanical components such as fans, motors, and belts; and verification of water treatment systems. The contract includes a base year plus four option years. Location: VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. Questions: All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist at Christopher.Weider@va.gov. All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00pm ET on Wednesday September 24, 2025. Not all questions will be answered. Answers to questions will be published via amendment to the solicitation
