Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kemptville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 55,600-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of the construction or a two storey 55,600 sq.ft. Kindergarten to Grade 12 School. The project is a 2-Story, 5167 m2 building, classrooms, gym's, lab's, cafeteria, Daycare. This new building has concrete foundations, structural steel framed building, concrete slabs on steel deck, load bearing masonry block. The exterior envelope is steel studs framing with masonry veneer and metal siding, with curtain wall system. Construction for the project is expected to begin in October 2025 and completion June 30th, 2027. The prequalified category 1 General Contractors based on qualification number 2024QUA004 will be invited to bid on this project.
