Start/Delivery Date 09/15/2025 Project Duration 73 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages $1,000.00 per calendar day Scope of Services Site Improvements: All labor, materials and equipment required to provide site improvements for (5) 24'x40' modular buildings. Work to include but not necessarily limited to demo of existing grade, and existing underground utilities as required, cut and cap existing irrigation lines outside the limits of construction, salvage irrigation heads / valves and return to district. Provide and install site grading, concrete flatwork, relocate utilities, galv. flashing, fire extinguisher, signage, trenching, underground conduits and connecting all power, signal, fire alarm, grounds, and all required utility services hook-ups to the modular building. The site contractor shall coordinate with modular building supplier for a complete and functional installation. Provided by the modular manufacturer: All labor, materials and equipment to deliver to the job site and set the Five (5) 24'x40' modular buildings onto wood foundations and install galvanized vent screens, pre-manufactured ramps, and plywood skirting. Anticipated Award Date: September 2, 2025 Question Deadline 08/20/2025 All questions must be received by the Kern High School District, Richard J. This will allow time to respond to the question and/or issue an addendum to all contractors addressing the question. If any bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the drawings and specifications, a written request for an interpretation or correction shall be submitted to the Owner on the provided form for such questions. The bidder submitting the written request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation or correction of the Contract Documents will be made only by addendum issued by the Owner, and a copy of any addendum will be handdelivered, mailed, or faxed to each bidder known to have received a set of the Contract Documents.
