**As of September 02, 2025, the project was awarded to Viking Excavation Inc., with an awarded amount of $282,392.29.** For the Cedar City Cemetery Renovation Project Phase 3R according to specifications. Major Bid Items: Install irrigation mainline, irrigation system, turf grass, trees, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, and other bid items as shown in the Bid Schedule. A. Provide all labor equipment, materials, and services for the performance of the Work required by these Contract Documents (Drawings, Specifications, e.g.) B. The project consists of installing roadway, landscape, and irrigation improvements at Cedar City Cemetery. Final constructed improvements may include curb and gutter, pavement, shade trees, turf grass, irrigation main line, and irrigation sprinkler system improvements. C. The WORK is being conducted in the oldest portion of the cemetery. There is a relatively high probability of encountering an unmarked grave. Immediately upon discovering an unmarked grave, the CONTRACTOR shall cease excavation and contact cemetery personnel for direction on how to proceed.
