A nonprofit organization in Staten Island New York is seeking sealed bids to upgrade and expand exterior lighting of our property to provide increased visibility and safety. This involves approximately 24 outdoor lighting fixtures. The selection criteria will be based on availability, knowledge of current lighting products, electricians license, adherence to projected work schedule, prior experience, references, and cost. All interested firms will be required to sign for the proposal documents and provide a primary contact, telephone, and email address. Proof of insurance coverage (not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for general liability, auto and NYS workers compensation and employer's liability insurance and not less than $4,000,000 excess/umbrella coverage per occurrence) is required to be submitted with the request to receive the specifications and bid requirements.
