This project involves the demoliton and installation of mechanical systems in accordance with the project plans. The contractor shall demolish the existing boiler and its appurtenances, ensuring power and gas are safely disconnected prior to removal. New mechanical equipment shall be installed, existing supports for the expansion tank and chemical pot feeder shall be modified as needed to accomodate new components, and other related work per plans and specs.
