Annual Supplies Bid 2025 Any and all questions dealing with this proposal should be reduced to writing and faxed to TiffanyMyers, City Clerk, or emailed to tmyers@newportky.gov by no later than noon on Monday, August11, 2025. Attempts will be made to answer all inquiries within two business days of receipt. A successful vendor must be an Equal EmploymentOpportunity Employer, which prohibits discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin,sex, age, handicap, political affiliation, or beliefs. The City of Newport is an Equal EmploymentOpportunity Employer. In addition, the successful vendor must obtain an Occupational License fromthe City Finance and Administration Department prior to commencing work. The City of Newportwill award the contract to the lowest responsible vendor. The City reserves the right to reject any orall proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received. All bids mustbe accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will berequired to provide a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid
