Renovation of a library in Newport, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library.
Sealed Bids are requested for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the Project Campbell County Public Library Fort Thomas Branch - Reroof at 1000 Highland Avenue, Newport, Kentucky 41075. All Sub-Bidders may view Bidding Documents at the locations listed in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders or purchase them from ARC. Bidders must deposit with their Bids security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Bidding and Contract Documents. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, reroofing of the Campbell County Public Library - Fort Thomas Branch. In addition, three alternates will be included. Alternate No. 1 will be for exterior painting, Alternate No. 2 will be for replacement of gutters and downspouts, and Alternate No. 3 will be for gutter leaf guards. The contract shall be awarded on October 15, 2025 and work can commence thereafter. Contractor to submit proposed completion date on their form of proposal.
