**As of September 11, 2025, , the project was awarded to Black Rock Enterprises, LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** Scope of work for this Contract includes, but is not limited to milling, paving, concrete sidewalk, flashing pedestrian sign assemblies, guide rail, concrete driveway aprons, curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, curb, pavement striping, installation of inlets and pipes, and site restoration along Ridge Avenue. All work on this contract shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The Township intends to award a contract on Thursday, September 11, 2025 and commence work as soon as possible after the contract award. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Township of Lakewood in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. The Township of Lakewood reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Township of Lakewood.
