This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for concrete curb and gutter and Detail M Opening repairs along EB and WB Perry St between The Loop and Walton Blvd. Work under this contract will require removal and disposal of existing concrete curb and gutter, installation of concrete curb and gutter, Detail M Opening, catch basin adjustment, providing traffic control, and other defined work. The State recommends reading all RFP materials prior to preparing a proposal, particularly these Proposal Instructions and the Vendor Questions Worksheet. Bidders must follow these Proposal Instructions and provide a complete response to the items indicated in the table below. References and links to websites or external sources may not be used in lieu of providing the information requested in the RFP within the proposal.
