Work also includes an addition of classrooms and storage areas including foundations, structure, floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, millwork, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and associated roofing. Work at 295 Pleasant View includes sitework at existing parking lots and electrical connections. Work also includes the construction of a new storage building on the Lancaster High School property. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Masonry shall provide labor, material, plant, tools, equipment and supervision related to and/or necessarily involved with the performance of the Work, as indicated on all the Drawings, Specifications and/or Project Manual, and as set forth below.
