This project involves the removal and replacement of existing lighting systems at the County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arenas. The scope of includes: 1. Rodeo Practice Arena - Remove existing fixtures and cross arms, existing Musco poles to remain. Install new Musco Light-Structure System Retrofit LED fixtures, Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI). 2. Rodeo Main Arena - Remove existing concrete pole bases, poles, lighting fixtures and associated wiring up to the source. Install new Musco pole bases, poles, fixtures, wiring, control cabinet and drivers (OFCI). Refer to electrical drawings for detailed requirements. Question Deadline 08/20/2025 at 5:30 PM PT Scope: County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arenas LED Sports Lighting Installation Contractor Responsibilities: o Rodeo Practice Arena: o Remove existing lights, cross-arm structures, wiring harnesses, and contactor boxes from 6 poles. o Install new Musco LED fixtures, cross-arms, wiring harnesses, and a driver cabinet on the existing poles, per the attached Musco design. o Remove existing Musco control cabinets and replace with new Musco control and monitoring cabinets. o Main Rodeo Arena: o Demolish and remove existing light poles, concrete bases, fixtures, and conduit up to the power source. o Install new Musco-supplied pole bases, poles, Light-Structure System LED lights, cross-arms, wiring harnesses, in accordance with attached plans and Musco design. o Remove and replace existing control cabinets with new Musco control and monitoring cabinets.
