The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Phoenix Building - Heat Pump Replacement and is located. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 26 of the Project Manual. The work consists of the construction of removal and replacement of 6 heat pump exchange units and associated piping. Replacement of six (6) existing heat pumps, units 11-75, 11-76, 11-79, 11-80, 11-81 & 11-83 on the 11th floor. The work includes MEP, fire safety, finishes, and affected ceiling grids. Construction includes ALL work as outlined in the Drawings and Specifications. The General Contractor will perform construction activities during the following times: Weekends; Friday at 5pm and have the system up and full operational by Monday at 2am and be able to provide heating and cooling or Weekday nights 6pm-3am and have the system up and fully operational by 3am. All dates and times will be outlined in the Project Schedule as required per Section 01 32 16 - Progress Schedule.
