Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 1st, 2025, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** Scope of Services The construction services scope of work for this Project includes a Preconstruction Phase and a Construction Phase. A) Preconstruction Phase Services to include assisting the design team with constructability matters, construction cost estimating, value engineering, fast track options and scheduling. This phase will conclude with public bidding of subcontractors and preparation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price to the Owner. B) Construction Services include determining procurement of all subcontractor contracts and managing construction of the project through Certificate of Occupancy and close-out services. Pinecrest Foundation is soliciting proposals and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the interior renovations of an existing building and site improvements to accommodate a state public charter school for Pinecrest Academy Digital RFQ documents will be issued to qualified General Contractor's holding a valid Nevada Contractor's License with classification of 'A-General Engineering', or 'AB General Engineering and General Building' Question Deadline 08/25/2025 Last Day for Addenda to Bidders: Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
