Riley Avenue & 18th Street Sidewalk and Streets Infrastructure Improvements (CDBG Grant) The scope of work of this project contemplates pavement replacement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps and driveway entrances with curb returns along Riley Avenue and 18th Street. The project also includes addition of street light assemblies and steel tube fencing. Questions Due Date: Aug 15th 2025, 11:00 AM MST Questions Online Portal The Work shall be substantially complete within 30 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed, and all Work shall be finally completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the Notice to Proceed within 15 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commences to run.
