Renovation of a military facility in Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Desert Southwest Region (DSW) issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Yuma Service Center (YSC) HVAC Units Replacement/Repair. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to include, but not limited to, the following: Replace existing HVAC systems with like kind and size, at Yuma Service Center, 7488 E. Highway 95, Yuma, AZ 85365 in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract. The site visit will proceed as scheduled in clause DOE-L-2019 on August 19, 2025 at 12:00 PM PT. Site Visit POC: Genaro Mendozo, 480.486.2286. The project magnitude is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 238220 and the applicable size standard is $19.0M. Any questions concerning this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing and received in the contracting office NO LATER THAN August 20, 2025, 10:00am PT.
