The District is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of 12-18'' rip rap and flex base #2 to multiple locations. The District intends to award a Contract to the vendor that can meet all bid requirements and provide the highest aggregate amount of material for the budget available. The contractor shall include all fees/surcharges associated with hauling. SCOPE OF WORK District is seeking bids for a vendor that can provide the most aggregate per dollar amount of material for the budget available and delivered to locations below: 12-18'' rip rap to 2294 Forehand Road Trinidad, TX. 75163 Budget - $25,000 Flex road base #2 TXDOT spec to 2294 Forehand Road Trinidad, TX. 75163 Budget - $45,000 12-18'' rip rap to 140 FM 416 Streetman, TX 75859 Budget - $25,000 Flex road base #2 TXDOT spec to 17000 SE CR 4250 Kerens, TX 75859 (This is closest address for George Shannon Wetlands where we will stockpile material.) Budget - $45,000 Note: It is the Contractor's responsibility to keep track of the quantities delivered. The District shall not be held liable for any overages in material received. The contractor shall include all fees/surcharges associated with hauling. Delivery is subject to change depending on the weather and ground conditions. Material will be stockpiled and must be on site no later than September 26, 2025. Specifications: End dumps and materials delivered by September 26, 2025. Contractor Responsibilities: Deliver materials and not to exceed budget. Hours of Work: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm (unless otherwise approved by PM) Location of Work: 1st location: 2294 Forehand Road Trinidad, TX 75163 140 Fm 416 Streetman, TX 75859 and 17000 SE CR 4250 Kerens, TX 75859 Awarded vendor will need all materials on ground no later than September 26, 2025. Contractor Selection Date: August 27, 2025 Question Deadline 08/13/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are to be submitted electronically. Response to questions posted online will be posted in the portal by the District for the benefit of all bidders. Questions are to be submitted. The deadline for questions will not be extended unless the date for receipt of bids is extended. No response will be made to questions asked after the deadline
