Connecticut State Community College - Three Rivers Campus ("TR" or "COLLEGE") is seeking a qualified and professional Contractor for snow removal, sanding, and deicing of all driveways, sidewalks and parking lots. See Attachment I for a map of the facility. The contract period for services shall be for three (3) years commencing approximately October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028. The contract may, by mutual agreement, be renewed and extended for three (3) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods consistent with the terms and conditions of the original contract. All questions and requests for clarification must be in writing and submitted no later than August 18, 2025 3:00 PM to Richard Piotrowski, Procurement Manager, richard.piotrowski@ct.edu. CSCU reserves the right to award in whole or in part, to contract with one or more proposers, to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interest of CSCU will be served. Should CSCU determine that only one Proposer is fully qualified, or that one Proposer is more highly qualified than the others under consideration, a contract may be negotiated and awarded to that Proposer.
