The Thermos on Thames Unit Owners Association, Inc is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to assist with the investigation, abatement, cleanup and demolition of two historic buildings (Glass House 1 & 2) located on 16.39 acres at 68 Thermos Avenue, Norwich, home of the former Thermos Factory. the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development that is being passed through to the association through the Norwich Community Development Corporation. The goal for this project is to demolish Glass House 1 & 2 to make the land available for future development. Questions Due Date: Jul 30th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT Questions regarding this bid must be submitted through the electronic . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The association reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bid responses, in whole or in part, to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissionsif, in its judgment, the best interests of the association will be served.
