Unless otherwise specified, all traffic signal related work shall conform to, For CITY OF FERNLEY (OWNER) Sealed bids will be received by the CITY OF FERNLEY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT for the 2025 - 2027 Biennial Traffic Signal Maintenance Provider, at the office of the City of Fernley, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, NV The Scope of Work consists of: Supplying the City with the service and maintenance of equipment described in the technical specifications of the bid package. Unless otherwise specified, all traffic signal related work shall conform to: o NDOT Standard Plans for Road and Bridge Construction, Current Edition o NDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Current Edition. Proposals will be accepted on a service unit cost basis. Proposals shall also include any miscellaneous charges such as minimal hourly charges travel charges, and/or mobilization/demobilization charges. The bids must include individual costs per specific item. The bids shall be reviewed and selected based on the total annual cost. Proposals must be submitted on the City of Fernley Bid Table with the provided label affixed to the submission envelope. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statues. A Statement of Qualifications shall be included with the bid packages. No proposal will be accepted from a contractor who is not able to provide all the services listed within the bid package.
