Reference Number 0000299787 Question Deadline 08/20/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Construction of four (4) passing lanes including bench cuts, granular base course, bituminous pavement and concrete culvert extensions, on Provincial Trunk Highway 14, from 1.6km east of PTH 32 to Provincial Trunk Highway 30 for a total construction distance of 26.8km in the Rural Municipality of Rhineland. COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Work must be completed by no later than JULY 31st, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of THREE THOUSAND ($3,000.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is: OCTOBER 31st of any given year. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
