The JWSC requires that selected firm be available for bi-weekly progress meetings (either onsite at JWSC or via teleconference) with all noted deliverables by the end of the 270 day period. Each firm's experience and qualifications will be evaluated primarily as they relate to the firm's ability to provide 2025 Smoke and Dye Testing Services. Inflow Source Investigations shall include the following: Smoke testing in the following (3) sewersheds: St Simons Island: 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2023, 2029, 2030, 2036, 2038, 2042, 2047, 2048, 2052, 2063, 2WTP; Brunswick Mainland: 4002, 4003, 4006, 4007, 4010, 4012, 4013, 4015, 4016, 4017, 4022, 4023 ,4028, 4032, 4036, 4037, 4038, 4045, 4048, 4055, 4107, 4126, 4WTP; and South Mainland: 3103, 3114, 3121 The combined footage for the (3) basins is approximately 965,906 linear feet of sanitary sewer main pipeline. The estimates for Dye Water Testing are (65) Dye Traces and (65) Dye Floods. Report deliverables as referenced in Exhibit C to include testing schedule, notification communication, results spreadsheet, defect spreadsheet and final report output/technical memorandum with map and photo outputs No submitted proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals for a period of ninety (90) days. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all skill, labor, materials (unless noted otherwise), tools, equipment and incidentals required for Smoke and Dye Testing services for sanitary sewer basins in all three districts served by the JWSC in Glynn County, Georgia The combined footage for the (3) basins is approximately 965,906 linear feet of sanitary sewer main pipeline. The estimates for Dye Water Testing are (65) Dye Traces and (65) Dye Floods. Complete details of the Scope of Work may be found in Section 4.0 of the solicitation document. Exhibit A contains the lift station addresses and estimated footages. Exhibit B contains a map of each of the (3) service districts. Exhibit C includes are reference packet for the testing report deliverables. All responses to submitted questions will be issued via addendum to pre-proposal attendees and posted on the JWSC website for reference. Performance and Payment bonds, each in an amount equal to hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required of the successful proposer. Package exterior shall include Utility Contractor's License number and name on the package exterior.
