Chowen Avenue Trunk Storm Sewer Line The project will include the following approximate quantities: 2,050 lineal feet of SRPE Storm Sewer Pipe 2 each of Design Build Storm Structures 840 square yards of Bituminous Pavement 12,380 square yards of Turf Establishment Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond, payable to the City of Robbinsdale, Minnesota in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid, conditioned that if the bidder is the successful bidder, will enter into a contract in accordance with said bid and will furnish such performance bonds as are specified. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids, without the consent of the City Council of the City of Robbinsdale. The work to be performed under this contract shall include furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct the Chowen Avenue Trunk Storm sewer Line - City Project 73225 described herein for the City of Robbinsdale, Minnesota, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by the City The work described herein consists of: A. Excavation and Embankment B. Storm Sewer Construction C. Turf Establishment D. Miscellaneous work necessary for a complete job in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. In order to help determine responsibility, contractors will be required to complete a Contractor Questionnaire, which must be submitted in a separate envelope and attached to the exterior of the bid envelope. Bid will not be opened if the questionnaire is not attached to exterior of bid envelope.
