Renovation of a municipal facility in Clarendon, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Donley, Texas is requesting qualifications from licensed electrical engineer to evaluate the eight (8) proposed locations for emergency generators for Donley County. Specifically, the selected qualified candidate will be responsible for assessing the eight (8) locations electrical requirements and provide recommendations for generator selection based on the needs of the facility. Donley County will receive sealed responses for the qualifications to evaluate the Critical Facility Emergency Generator Project from electrical engineers interested and qualified to perform such duties. It is the intent of Donley County to select a single applicant to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Qualification (RFQ). Contractor selection may occur at this meeting or at a later date. Donley County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals, engineers or firms that submit qualifications, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Texas Grant Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
