Halifax Water is seeking proposals to complete survey, geotechnical, and detailed design for the sewer separation and stormwater system capacity improvements on Kempt Road from Fairview Cove to Young Street, and sewer separation on Young Street from Kempt Road to Robie Street, and Robie Street from Young Street to May Street. Integration of the work in this RFP will need to align with the boundary, timeline and design of the Windsor Street Exchange Redevelopment (WSER) project.
