Reference Number 0000299686 Supply of all required equipment, labour and material, except as supplied by the TTC, necessary to perform the various tasks involved. The Work includes planned and emergency repairs, inspections, testing, verification, installation, splicing, termination and removal and or replacement of TTC's 600 Volt DC positive and negative traction power cables, medium voltage cables up to 27.6kV, 600V and 120/208V AC power cables, dewatering, clearing, rodding and unplugging of existing ducts and conduit. All Work is to be performed in accordance with TTC's rules, guidelines and general practices and industry standards and practices related to the Work or emergency response situational needs. Performance Bond - The Contractor shall provide a Performance Bond in compliance with, and in the form prescribed by, the Construction Act in a sum equal to at least 50% of the Contract Price (rounded up to the nearest dollar). 39.1.2 Labour and Material Payment Bond - The Contractor shall provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in compliance with, and in the form prescribed by, the Construction Act in a sum equal to at least 50% of the Contract Price (rounded up to the nearest dollar). 39.2 In respect of the Performance Bond, should any surety company or companies fail Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
