Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Troy, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The Board of Education of Triad CUSD #2 will receive sealed bids for Bid Packages 3.1 Building Concrete, 3.2 Site Concrete, 5.1Structural Steel, 5.2 Miscellaneous Steel, 31 Earthwork, Storm Sewer, SWPPP, Site Utilities, and Landscaping for the New Middle School. Bid Security is required in the amount of five (5%) percent of Proposal, made payable unconditionally to the Owner. Security shall be either by certified check, cashier's check or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Should a bidder find discrepancies, ambiguities, and/or omissions from Documents, or be in doubt of their meaning, bidder shall at once, and in any event no later than Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 5:00pm, notify the Construction Manager by completing the Request for Clarification and send to Holland Construction Services, Seth Moline, smoline@hollandcs.com. Oral communication shall not be binding. All RFC's will be answered via addendum if submitted prior to the cut-off time.
